I think it’s a great opportunity to communicate with a lot of women out there who are thinking about what they want their careers to be in. For them to realize that there are a lot of really positive things about going into science and engineering. It’s very creative. It’s very team oriented. One thing I find particularly rewarding is you’re able to go in and address a lot of real-world problems, and help people really improve the quality of their work life. I find it very rewarding.
